This statue is 29 meters higher than China's spring Temple of Buddha.

This statue is made at a cost of 2989 crores.

The world's tallest statue has been built in the state of Gujarat, a small island in the Narmada River, it is called sadhu bet.

Statue of Unity is a tribute to a great leader of India named Sardar Patel Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

Sardar Patel was also the first Home Minister and Deputy Prime Minister of India to play an important role in India's freedom struggle.
