An explosion has been reported in Istanbul's Byoglu district.

 An explosion has been reported in Istanbul Bygogalu District Istanbul Residents have been urged to evacuate a building. 


 Sputnik turned out to be reported on Monday. 

 There are reports of explosion in underground cable communication. 


 No information has been received about the victims, Russian news agency reported citing Turkish media.
