Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Beijing, China to meet Xi Jinping.


 The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant against Putin. The war between Russia and Ukraine is showing no sign of stopping. 


Meanwhile, the President of Russia has visited China.

 This visit can prove to be important between these two countries.


In Beijing, Vladimir Putin will take part in a forum on China's Belt and Road Initiative, he said.
