This is about World War 2 when the Imperial Army of Japan crossed all limits of cruelty. They started a huge chemical and biological warfare in which they targeted living people. More than 2 lakh people were killed in this horrific experiment.Unit 731 victims included men, women, children, and even infants that were born after victims were r*ped by the staff. Unit 731 was led by General Shirō Ishii who was granted immunity & then hired after WWII by the United States government.

This is a very infamous experiment which was used to control the human brain. America's intelligence agency CIA carried out more than 150 such operations. Which were done under different names.
